WORKING HARD 4 ART
{CTS} creative thriftshop is an "un-gallery" of sorts that represents an international, emerging and under-represented roster of artists. Founded in May 2004 by co-directors Lynn & Diego del Sol this scrappy little start up has has grown to be known as a launching pad for provocative content driven work in all mediums.
Building a reputation for "quality art on the move," CTS has organized some 200+ exhibitions and events worldwide. From Istanbul to Buenos Aires, Basel to Berlin, New York to Miami we are true pioneers of the Post-Fordist ideal; entrepreneurial, flexible, creative, unconventional, and nomadic.
With nearly a decade of expierence working collaboratively we know how to encourage and created opportunities that foster the growth of our artists. Enabling them to broaden their reach and amplify their message while mutually acknowledging that our responsibility is to take the known in an unknown direction.
Our mission, as lofty as it may be, is to build an infrastructure that knows no boundaries. One that carries the torch of modernism, acting as a vehicle for dreamers, a cultural meeting place for great minds, a international community of interconnectivity and expandability.
